Well, I couldn’t let Great Aunt Julia (or Grand Aunt–is one more correct than the other?) go without comment, because she and her friend Mertie are so darned cute! So, here’s a “shout-out” to teachers Julia and Mertie, along with a hope that they felt more appreciation for the hard work they did than do many of the teachers of today!
