George Hammer ~ Death of a Kind Man

My 2nd great granduncle, George Hammer, never married but was a stalwart in his community by conducting his life as a everyone’s favorite ‘uncle’ or friend.   A longtime volunteer fire fighter, he saved several homes and much property from the destruction of flames.

George passed away on 27 Feb 1922 in Lehi, Utah and is buried in the Lehi City Cemetery.

About lineagekeeper

Family history research is a favored avenue of relaxation. It is a Sherlock-like activity that can continue almost anywhere at any time. By leveraging a lifetime involvement in technology, my research efforts have resulted in terabytes of ancestral data, earning me the moniker of Lineagekeeper. And yes - We are all related to Royalty.
