Genealogies of the Cole Families in America

Although my ties to the Cole family in America are limited to the first four generations , I constantly find related families that share my Cole lineage.

My Cole’s were residents of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.  Several other Cole immigrants arrived on the American shore in several locations along the east coast.

The genealogies of all of these families are covered the book, “The early genealogies of the Cole families in America” (including Coles and Cowles)" by Frank Theodore Cole.

It has been a long time resident in my genealogy library.  If you have Cole ancestry, your time will be well spent exploring the pages of this venerable genealogy book.

Once again, it can be read online thanks to Google Books.

About lineagekeeper

Family history research is a favored avenue of relaxation. It is a Sherlock-like activity that can continue almost anywhere at any time. By leveraging a lifetime involvement in technology, my research efforts have resulted in terabytes of ancestral data, earning me the moniker of Lineagekeeper. And yes - We are all related to Royalty.
