I don’t understand the 1332 Balliol, Edward, of Scotland, King of Scotland because I have only ever read when David II (Bruce), of Scotland, King of Scotland, died his surviving sister Marjorie Bruce had married Stuart…..and that is when the Crown went from the House of Bruce to eventually House of Stewart… David II Bruce was technically king until he died. Any ideas?
