Save the Byrrh

Advertising campaigns have always been inventive.  Enter the 1930’s advertisement for Byrrh Wine.  Black cats always cause trouble in mythology, so obviously, one should be the cause of the collapse of a dinner setting.  Fortunately, the lady of the house was spry and valued the bottle of Byrrh over her fine china, or so the company would have you believe.
