Do you enjoy ancestry from Massachusetts?  Many U.S. residents do.  Genealogistsencyclopediaofmassachusetts frequently rejoice in that fact because so many records were kept about them and subsequently published in Town Vital Records, Histories and other similar publications. 

One of the books about Massachusetts genealogy Is the “Encyclopedia of Massachusetts, Biographical – Genealogical by William Richard Cutter in association with the American Historical Society.

If you descend through a well-known family (we all seem to at some point in time), you’ll probably find mention of your ancestry in the book complete with a sample of a crest assigned to someone with that surname.
