FamilySearch Hangouts on Google+

You may not know that FamilySearch produces Hangouts on Google+ from time togoogle_hangouts_familysearch time.   The participants bring a lot of experience and knowledge to the discussions.

Watch for announcements about upcoming Hangouts on the FamilySearch YouTube channel, on their Facebook page and on their Twitter stream.

In June 2012, the topic for the Hangout was “Honoring Ancestors Through Social Media”.  If you missed it live or if you want to enjoy it again, I’ve embedded it in this post for your viewing pleasure.

About lineagekeeper

Family history research is a favored avenue of relaxation. It is a Sherlock-like activity that can continue almost anywhere at any time. By leveraging a lifetime involvement in technology, my research efforts have resulted in terabytes of ancestral data, earning me the moniker of Lineagekeeper. And yes - We are all related to Royalty.
