FamilySearch ~ I Need Help

FamilySearch is broadly known for the wealth of free genealogy resources that they’ve secured and present for no cost.   The costs in time, manpower and money associated with those resources are staggering.   It is enough that they share them with us so willingly.   We shouldn’t expect more … should we?

In a word, YES, and of course FamilySearch is more than happy to help.

When you encounter an issue or question that you can’t solve on your own, they want you to contact them.  The folks on the phones and help chats are just a click or two away.

With the closure of the FamilySearch Forums, you may want to visit the FamilySearch Community on Google+ to ask questions and interact with community members.

However you choose to contact FamilySearch, their staff of helpful volunteers and missionaries will be able to you find an answer to your questions.
