Testifying on the behalf of a Military Widow

My 4th great grandaunt, Sarah Dunham Tribble, was asked to testify on behalf of her friend, Bethiah Bagnall, widow of Richard Bagnall, concerning the Bethiah’s relationship to Richard so she could obtain a Revolutionary War military pension.

It is always enjoyable reading documents that contain the words of family members from generations gone by.

Looking back in time, our thoughts of appreciation go to Richard Bagnall and our own ancestors who fought in the war to free America so that it could become the greatest nation in the history of the world.
