Genealogy Research ~ Uncovering Family Problems

On occasion, we see physical or psychological issues crop up in our families.  Are they simply one-off situations or could they be current manifestations of inherited DNA weaknesses?

Fortunately, few of our family members exhibited dyslexia.  Until researching my Ashton lineage, I didn’t realize that my 2nd great uncle, Joseph Howard Ashton was dyslexic until I saw his signature on a military application.  It is obvious that he saw the world though a mirror when compared to the majority of the people in his life.

About lineagekeeper

Family history research is a favored avenue of relaxation. It is a Sherlock-like activity that can continue almost anywhere at any time. By leveraging a lifetime involvement in technology, my research efforts have resulted in terabytes of ancestral data, earning me the moniker of Lineagekeeper. And yes - We are all related to Royalty.
