Help on the FamilySearch.org site is difficult for many visitors to the site. Clicking on the ‘Live Help’ button on the main landing page tells most people that they will be talking with someone ‘live’ when that isn’t true. If you want talk or chat with a live person, you’ll have to click on the ‘Get Help’ dropdown at the very top of the page in the header and select the type of conversation you want to initiate.
