  	Obituary of Willburn E. Hoggard Willburn E. Hoggard, 67, died May 17, 2004 at his residence in Fallon. He was born October 9, 1936 in American Fork, UT to Wilburn & Harriet Mann Hoggard, and had lived in Fallon for 16 years. He was a self-employed drilling contractor, working in minerals exploration & domestic water wells. He is survived by his wife, Nancy of Fallon; sons, Val, of Chino Valley, AZ; and Rex, of Provo, UT; daughters, Shirley Hester of Wheatridge, CO; Elaine Hurst of Irmo, SC; and Tracy Redd of St. George, UT; sister, Welma Williams of Mesa, AZ; and brother, Keith of Monticello, UT; 17 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wesley. Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 3:00 pm at the Smith Family Funeral Home, 505 Rio Vista Drive in Fallon. Inturnment will be private. Memorials are established with the American Cancer Society, 6490 S. McCarran Blvd. Reno, NV 89509 and the SPCA of N.
