  Notes	Mrs. Faye Rowe Funeral services for Mrs. Faye T. Rowe, 77, of Pittsfield were held at 2 p.m. Monday at __ Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas J. Davenport, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic church, officiating. Internment was in Pittsfield West Cemetery. Mrs. Rowe, who had been in ill health several years, died about 9 a.m. Saturday, July 15, 1969 in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Don, (Eva Ann) Little of rural Pittsfield. Mrs. Rowe was hospitalized for a time in January and again in February and then went to live with her daughter. She suffered a stroke and had been bedfast since March 22. Born in Illinois Oct. 23, 1892, Faye Tippets was the daughter of James and Eva Ann Jones Tippets. Before her marriage on May 17, 1922 to Lewis Rowe, she was employed as milliner by the laste Mrs. Jessie Johnson. She retired several years ago from Brown shoe factory where she had been employed for many years. Besides the daughter, she is survived by eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, daughters, Valencia, Feb. 1941 and Betty Lu Robinson Aug. 24, 1955, and by her husband whose death occurred Feb 9, 1964. Mrs. Rowe was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church in Pittsfield.

  Notes	Pike County Democrat Wednesday, December 6, 1922 Lewis Rowe and Miss Faye Tippetts, of this city, were married in Hannibal (actually it was Palmyra), just a year ago, but as Mr. Rowe had been divorced less than a year, their marriage was of course not a legal one in this state and on Thanksgiving Day they were married again, this time in this city by County Judge Capps, at his office. Mr. Rowe came here with the Elgin Turning Company and is a native of New Jersey. Both he and his bride are fine young people and have a host of friends who are glad that their marriage has now been made right and legal in both states.
