- Patriarch Abraham ben Tarakr the Semite died 1896 BCE in Canaan. He arrived in Canaan at the age of 75 years old, and until his death, 100 years later, for "so long he was a sojourner in a strange country" 1921 BCE in Canaan. He was born 1996 BCE in Ur, Sumeria. He was the son of Tarakr ben Nahor the Semite and 'Edna bat 'Abram (?). He bought a field from Ephrom, son of Zahar the Hittite.1 He was per Genesis 11:27 and Luke 3:34, the son of Thara/Tara, and, per Jubilees, his wife 'Edna. He lived to be 175 years old, per Genesis. He married Hagar the Egyptian in Caanan; His 2nd. She the handmaiden of his 1st, Sarah. Gen 16:3 "And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife." He married Keturah (?); His 3rd.
