      Frank Huggard, 83, died Sept., 18 in a Salt Lake nursing home of natural causes. Born July 3, 1886, American Fork, to Hyrum and Mary Ann Featherstone Huggard. Married Ethel Ashton Dec. 2, 1908, Salt Lake City; she died Feb. 12, 1954.

      Farmer, Member, LDS Church.
