  	Obituary for Amelia Catherine Cory Death claims Mrs. Amelia GADDIS after long illness. July 25, 1913. Mrs. Amelia GADDIS, another of our old and beloved residents, passed out with a smile on her face at 7 o'clock Friday morning. The funeral was conducted be Rev. W.W. Christie and the body was laid away in the city cemetery. She was born in Shannondale, Boone Co., Indiana September11,1846, and was married to George W. GADDIS August 11, 1870. To this union three children have been born, all fo which are still living. They are Charles C. GADDIS of Thorntown, Indiana, Fred J. GADDIS of DeQueen, Arkansas, and Jesse R. GADDIS of Lockesburg, Arkansas. She had united with the United Presbyterian Church in 1862 and after moving to Lockesburg she united with the Cumberland Presbyterian Church with which she has remained a conscientious member. Mrs. GADDIS had been delicate all her life and the last eight months has been confined to her home. The TRIBUNE joins the many sorrowing friends in extending sympathy to the bereaved family.
