      AMERICAN FORK--Mrs Ann Hoggard, 77, life-long resident of American Fork, died Friday at her home following a long illness.

      She was born February 22, 1859, at American Fork, a daughter of John S.and Sina Chipman Eldredge. She was reared in American Fork and married Heber Hoggard in 1879. Her husband died in 1927.

      She was a member of the American Fork old folks committee for more than 20 years, and was an active worker in the First L. D. S. ward Relief Society.

      She was the mother of 13 children, four of whom survive her: Mrs. EmilyYancey, American Fork: Mrs. Leah Howes, Dubois, Idaho; Glen Hoggard and Wilburn Hoggard, both of American Fork. Surviving also are a sister, Mrs.Martha Linton of Provo, 21 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

      Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p. m. in the Amercan Fork First L. D. S. Ward chapel. T he body may be vewed at the home from 11:30 a. m. until time for the services. Interment will be in the American Fork city cemetery.
