  	Patricia Nan Parker Richards 1929 ~ 2005 IVINS, UT Our loving sweetheart, mother, and grandmother, Patricia Nan Parker Richards, passed away at home December 3, 2005 after a prolonged battle with Alzheimer's. Patricia was born August 23, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Earl Julian Parker and Ramola Eggertsen. She married Delos E. Richards in Elko, Nevada April 10, 1948. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple September 18, 1951. Patricia graduated from Jordan High School in Sandy, Utah. Pat and Delos lived in West Jordan, Utah; Idaho Falls, Idaho; Las Vegas, Nevada, and retired in Ivins, Utah 15 years ago. Patricia loved to sew and was an accomplished artist. Her crowning calling that she devoted her life to was the raising and loving of her four children. Family includes Delos E. Richards of Ivins, Nanette (David) Pugsley of St. George, UT, Rachelle (Brad) Kofford of Bountiful, UT, Scott (LeAnne) Richards of Silverdale, WA, and Holly (Derek) Hall of Orem, UT; and her 16 grandchildren. The family wishes to express our love and gratitude to the Hospice nurses and caregivers who provided such loving care to Pat in this last phase of her life. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2005, 10 a.m., at the Ivins LDS Stake Center, 290 E. 1060 S, Ivins, Utah. A visitation will be held Tuesday, from 9-10 a.m., prior to services at the stake center. Interment will be in the Ivins City Cemetery, under the direction of Metcalf Mortuary 435-673-4221.
