He formerly lived on a farm in Ten Mile township. He leaves a wife and one daughter, six brothers, Grant Sackett, Henry Sackett, Thos. Sackett and John Sackett of Ten Mile, Reuben Sackett of Illinois and Winfield Sackett of Oklahoma, three sisters; Mrs. Wm. Watson, of The Mile; Mrs. John Lamkin of Washington and Mrs. J. A. Draper of Idaho. His wife was a sister of city clerk, Chas. L. Farrar.
