  	Rhea Ashton Shaw Obituary 1933 ~ 2009 Rhea Ashton Shaw, our wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend passed away on Sept. 16, 2009 surrounded by family. She was born in Lehi on Sept. 6, 1933 to Henry Marvin Ashton and Rosa Martina Hansen Ashton, the 7th of 8 children. She married William Ray Shaw Sept. 19, 1952. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. Together they raised 6 children in Lehi. She is survived by her husband, Bill of 57 years and children; David (Mary), Sharon (Mark) Frei, Kenneth (Holly), Janet, Craig, Phyllis (Michael) Bohling, her mother-in-law, Mabel Minneman, as well as 6 grandchildren, her brother Bruce (Helen) Ashton, sisters, Lucille Robinson and Faye (Allen) Adams, sisters-in-law, Lucille Ashton and Jeanne (Jim) Sisson, brother-in-law, John Bennett and extended family. Graveside service will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, 200 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lehi City Cemetery. Family and friends may call Saturday morning from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Wing Mortuary, 118 E. Main, Lehi. The family wishes to thank the nurses of Mountain Land Hospice, Kathy Becky and Kim also the staff at UVRMC in Provo for their gentle and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers make donation to the Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
