  Notes	Francis was born in Fornham, baptized April 13, 1567, and died shortly before Dec. 3, 1622. He was a husbandman and help customary lands at Fornham within the manor of Earlsbury. In his will, dated June 9, 1614, and proved at Bishop's Stortford, Dec. 3, 1622, he left the tenement where he lived, after his wife's decease, to his son Richard, except 'Running House' and including 'Long Croft,' 'Little Croft,' and 'Lancote Croft,' but Richard was to pay #6 to his sister Agnes, when he reached 21 years of age.
