Death of Mrs. Foster
Saturday morning at 8 o'clock a sad blow came to the home of E. W. Foster by the death of his beloved wife, Laura L. Foster. Many times in this world of sin and sorrow are we called to give up some loved one, but to few homes does this trial come more suddenly than here, her sikness lasting only a few hours. Laura L. Grey was born in Boston, Mass., July 3rd 1868. She was left an orphan when about ten years of age, living for a time with her aunt. She was united in marriage to E. W. Foster, July 26, 1891, at Fort Worth, Texas. Mrs. Foster was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church, and died in the hope of the first resurrection,"looking for that blessed hope and the glorious appearance of the great God, and our Savior, Jesus Christ."
The funeral services were conducted at the house Monday morning at 10 o'clock by Rev.Crane, and the remains laid to rest in the Morton cemetary.
