paid by my son John Bennet have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell a certain tract or parcel of ground on which I now live on Containing one hundred and eighty eight acres adjoining Carnelous Clawson James McKelvey James Courtney and Abraham Hendricks containing one hundred and eighty eight acres and also the following property as may appear by the following inventory hereunto anexed will well more fully appear to have and to hold to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the aforesaid John Bennet his heirs executors adm; and assigns forever and I do hereby warrant and defend the above described tract or parcell of ground from me myself my heirs and assigns or any person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the above described tract of land or the following articles herein after innumerated vig:
