Abram Bennett - Complaint Against Taxes

Abram Bennett's complaint to Washington about those profiting from selling off Indian land. He paid taxes on his salary, yet was forced to pay for many of the operational expenses in his job as the Indian Agent to the Kickapoo Nation.
