to Joseph Crosley
This
Indenture made this eleventh day of January in the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and six between Benjamin Mulford of the County
of Warren and State of Ohio of the first part and Joseph Crosley of
Hamilton County of same State of the other part. Witnesseth that I the
said Benjamin Mulford for the consideration of the sum of six hundred
dollars paid to me before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
to the receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge and thereof and
therefrom acquit release and exonerate and forever discharge the said
Joseph Crosley his heirs executors administrators and assigns do hereby
grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said Joseph Crosley his
heirs and assigns forever a certain parcel of land being a part of
Section number thirty two in the fourth Township and second fractional
Range of Townships in the Miami purchase to him running as follows.
Beginning at the North West corner running from thence South on Stephen
Conckling line one hundred and two poles from thence running East one
hundred and eighty nine poles ten links from thence North seventy one
poles thence North seventy one poles thence West one hundred nine poles
ten links thence North thirty one poles thence West eighty poles to the
beginning corner containing one hundred acres strict measure to have
and to hold said premises with all and singular the appurtenances
thereunto belonging to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the
said Joseph Crosley his heirs and assigns executors administrators
forever. And the said Benjamin Mulford does for himself his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns further covenant with the said
Joseph Crosley his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully and properly
seized of said premises and has full authority in his own right to sell
the same in manner aforesaid and the said Benjamin Mulford for himself
his heirs executors and administrators and assigns does further
covenant and agree with the said Joseph Crosley his heirs executors
administrators and assigns to warrant and defend said premises against
the said Benjamin Mulford his heirs and assigns and every other person
whatsoever unto the said Joseph Crosley his heirs and assigns forever.

Witness whereof I the said Benjamin Mulford have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my Seal the day and date above written.

appeared before me James Lyon one of the Justices assigned to keep the
Peace in the Township of Cincinnati and County of Hamilton the within
